Detailed description

Our products meet JIS,AISI, and ASTM international standards, and the surface proceeds with anti-finger-print layer by Nano-deposition technology(ED)

Hard, with abrasion resisitant and anti-corrosion. Toxic free, conform to ROSH requirement and no harmful residues produced at hight temperatire. Good adhesion and deflectiom on metal or metal alloy and easy to clean by water or hoousehold cleaner. Good ultraviolet rays, acid rain and weather resistant. Suitable to make use of outdoors such as heavy sunshine aream sea shore hotspring and facile rusted environment.

Attention

  • The interior of the pipes used for doors must be cleaned prior to welding and sealing of the pipes to prevent nitrogenation of the titanium under high temperatures or discoloration due to oxidation or carbonization of residual substances in the pipes.
  • The cut ends of the material must be sealed with waterpoof tape during construction to prevent damaging the titanium plates while washing the walls or floors with acidic detergents.
